On the day of Special Illuminations called “Vilakku”, the Thripuka is performed after that. The Temple will be closed after Thripuka. After that, the Krishnanattam (on specified days), a very colorful & traditional dance-drama on the life of Lord Krishna’s is enacted inside the Guruvayur Temple.
